• cv999 reserves the right to verify withdrawal requests in cases of suspicious transactions.

Welcome bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Separate wagering requirements apply to each bonus offer.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement for a bonus is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once risks account termination.
• cv999 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means may result in the entire balance being forfeited.

Game Operation Terms

• All game outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) — cv999 does not guarantee any outcome.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, cv999 reserves the right to refund or settle the bet for that round.
• Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of a software or technical error will be considered void.
• Playing games using automated software or bots is strictly prohibited.

Sports Betting Terms

• Bet outcomes will be determined based on the official results of recognised sports authorities.
• If a match is cancelled before it starts, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• cv999's decision regarding changes to odds is final.
• Placing bets by taking advantage of match fixing or any corrupt interference in a sport is strictly prohibited.
